Food is always good and the staff are friendly. When I’m going in to pick up the order, I do it so I don’t have to tip the driver. Essentially, so I don’t have to tip. But when I go in to pick up, they have a tip option. Why do I feel so guilty not tipping? The friendly staff make it more difficult. I hope the staff get paid decent so they don’t have to rely on tips.

I am not generally a fan of pizza from big chains, but these guys do it right. The sauce doesn’t taste like plain tomatoes, the toppings are generous, and the dough doesn’t remind me of cardboard. The people at 127 street location are wonderful too.

We have never had a negative experience from this location and today was no exception. We ordered a couple of pizzas, salad , wings and couple of 2 litre of pops for the Oiler's game. The wings didn't arrive, and we didn't particularly care as it was an after thought, no sooner had we discussed this and the phone rang- it was Panago Pizza!! They asked if we were missing our wings and of course we were, and they said the wings would be sent right over. Once again, our experience was wonderful, both in customer service and the fantastic food (yum!). We will continue to be patrons of your establishment.
